Spats are a footwear accessory that covers part of the shoe and became popular with soldiers over a hundred years ago... looks like their baaackk. Posso is a project by artists and djs Marylouise Pels and Vanessa Giovacchini.
Not only is this duo insanely creative, but I think they have great style too. Here they are at Coachella.
